About this studio
BalletNova Center for Dance is a non-profit dance school at 3443 Carlin Springs Road in Falls Church, Virginia. It runs three main tracks: a Youth Enrichment Program, a Pre-Professional Program and an Adult Program that operates year round. Enrichment classes introduce children to movement through music, building physical skills, imagination and creativity, while older students focus on clean technique, strength, flexibility and a growing vocabulary of steps. Summer camps and classes are offered alongside the autumn term, with fall and summer brochures published each year. The organization also hosts resident companies, rents rehearsal space, presents an annual production of The Nutcracker, and offers financial aid. It is supported by the Virginia Commission for the Arts, the National Endowment for the Arts and ArtsFairfax.
