emjaez Dance Studio is at 652 Dover Center Road in Bay Village, Ohio, and is owned and artistically directed by Mary Jo Rimke. Now in its 23rd season, the studio describes itself as 'a GOOD KIND of dance', with a stated mission of spreading goodness and kindness in the studio and the wider community while providing high quality, age-appropriate dance education in a positive, safe, disciplined and nurturing environment. Classes begin with Tiny eMJaez Dancerz for ages 2.5-5 and 4-6, and continue through acro, ballet, contemporary, hip hop, jazz, lyrical, musical theatre, tap and a Jumps, Leaps and Turns technique class. The season runs from mid-September to mid-June and includes a December holiday show and end-of-year dress rehearsals and performances in June. New families can try a free 7-day trial class pass, and the studio also hosts birthday parties and runs summer programming.
