About this studio
Dance Connection is an Indianapolis dance studio offering classes in tap, jazz, ballet, contemporary, lyrical, modern, hip hop, pom, Zumba and yoga for ages toddler through adult. The school began in the basement of a 12-year-old girl who wanted to teach children her passion for dance and has since grown into a purpose-built facility with professional instruction for dancers of all ages and ability levels. It was named the number one dance studio in Indianapolis by Indy A-List in 2011, 2012 and 2013. The studio emphasises weekly classes in which students leave with new knowledge and teacher encouragement, and draws families from well beyond the city, including Avon, Bargersville, Beech Grove, Greenwood, Martinsville, Muncie, New Palestine, Shelbyville, Westfield and West Lafayette, some travelling up to an hour and a half each way.
