Centerstage Dance Academy is at 5038 W Linebaugh Ave in Tampa, Florida, and has served the Tampa Bay area for 37 years under the direction of Limbert Capellan. It teaches ages three and up, with preschool combo classes covering ballet, tap and acro for ages 3-4, ballet/jazz/acro and ballet/jazz/tap combos for ages 5-7, and separate technique classes in ballet, pointe, barre, jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary/lyrical and acrobatics as students progress. The academy fields an award-winning competition team and also runs beginner-level intro classes. Prospective families can book a free 30-minute studio tour to observe classes, and the studio has advertised free trial classes; registration and accounts are handled through Jackrabbit.
