KINKY BOOTS makes its Lubbock premiere at Buddy Holly Hall in May 2027. Based on a true story and the 2005 British film of the same name, the musical follows a struggling shoe factory owner who joins forces with a fabulous drag performer named Lola to save the business by creating a line of boots for drag queens. With music and lyrics by Cyndi Lauper, the show won six Tony Awards including Best Musical.
