WaterTower Theatre (WTT) is proud to announce three festival headliners for the 2010 Out of the Loop Fringe Festival (OOTL). Headliners for the tenth annual celebration of dance, theatre, music and art are acclaimed monologist Mike Daisey, Broadway maestro Seth Rudetsky and one of America's favorite musical-comedy combos The Three Redneck Tenors.

OOTL is proud to welcome Mike Daisey to the festival Main Stage. Mike has been called "the master storyteller" and "one of the finest solo performers of his generation" by The New York Times for his groundbreaking monologues which weave together autobiography, gonzo journalism, and extemporaneous performance to tell hilarious and heartbreaking stories that expose secret histories and unexpected connections. He's been a guest on the Late Show with David Letterman, a contributor to WIRED, Slate, and Salon, a web contributor to Vanity Fair and Radar Magazine, and his work has been frequently heard on the BBC and NPR. For the 2010 OOTL, Mike will perform his series Great Men of Genius about the genius and megalomania in the lives of Bertolt Brecht, P.T. Barnum, Nikola Tesla, and L. Ron Hubbard. Additionally, Mike's visit will include a special one-night-only performance of his critically-acclaimed and controversial How Theatre Failed America. Immediately following the performance, audience members will be invited to participate in a discussion panel with area theatre artists Denise Lee, Terry Martin, and Kevin Moriarty. The panel will be led by KERA's Jerome Weeks.

Joining Mike on the Main Stage will be Broadway mastro Seth Rudetsky with his hilarious one-man show Broadway Seth Rudetsky Style. Seth is the star of Sirius/XM Radio's daily Broadway show and was also featured as the on-camera vocal coach on MTV's Legally Blonde: Search for Elle Woods. Seth explores his own private video and audio collection to show Texan audiences how to deconstruct what's vocally amazing (Patti LuPone in Evita) and what's a vocal travesty (Madonna singing the same material).

As a pianist, Seth has played for more than a dozen Broadway shows including Ragtime, Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera and The Producers. He was the Artistic Producer/Music Director for the first five annual Actors Fund Fall Concerts including Dreamgirls with Audra McDonald and Hair with Jennifer Hudson. Off-Broadway Seth wrote and starred in the critically acclaimed Rhapsody in Seth at the Actors Playhouse and has also appeared on TV on Law and Order: C.I. and in a recurring role on All My Children. As an author, he penned the books The Q Guide to Broadway and the recently published Broadway Nights. He currently writes a weekly column on Playbill.com.

The final weekend of the festival will bring THE THREE REDNECK TENORS to Addison. The Tenors will close the festival with their new show Broadway Bound. The boys have finally made it to the Great White Way - trailer and all - smack dab right in the middle of Times Square. Although the Colonel and the boys have finally found the perfect venue, they're now on a quest to find the perfect show! Join our 3 singing cousins as they stampede their way through Broadway's greatest hits! You'll hear the belt out tunes from such favorite shows as Phantom of the Opera, The Sound of Music, Little Orphan Annie, Les Miserables, A Chorus Line and many others. Join Billy Joe, Billy Bob and Billy Billee as they put the odd in Broadway for a roof-raising, unforgettable good time.

A 10-day celebration of theatre, dance, music and art, the 2010 Out of the Loop Fringe Festival features performances by Mike Daisy, Seth Rudetsky, The Three Readneck Tenors, and WaterTower Theatre as well as other arts organizations from the local area and the region. The festival will run March 4 - 14, 2010. Performances will be held at the Addison Theatre Centre, which contains three performance venues: the Festival Main Stage (seating approximately 200), the Studio Theatre (seating approximately 65), and the Stone Cottage (seating approximately 50). Tickets for all performances go on sale February 15. Festival Passes, which include one admission to each festival event (How Theater Failed America not included), are currently available now for $60 by calling the WaterTower Theatre Box Office at 972.450.6232.
