The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, based on the book by Barbara Robinson, adapted for the stage by Barbara Robinson and directed by ReBecca Greene Udden, is headed for the Main Street Theater - Chelsea Market 4617 Montrose Blvd., Houston, TX 77006.  Performances run Friday November 27, 2009 at 11:30 AM, and Saturday November 28 and December 5 & 12, 2009 at 1 PM and 4 PM.

The Herdman kids are the most horrible children imaginable. They are disrespectful, they cuss, they lie, they smoke cigars – they are every decent person’s worst nightmare! So when they show up at church one Sunday and decide to participate in the annual Christmas pageant, everyone is worried, to say the least. But miracles come in all shapes and sizes… Join the fun with this delightfully funny holiday story about the true meaning of Christmas.
