Davies, actors work on prepared scenes.

* Acting truthfully under imaginary circumstances

* Emotional Preparation

* Improvisation

* Breaking down material to understand what one is doing as well as saying

* Exercises for getting out of the head and into the heart, going moment to moment

* Script analysis and scene study

* Character development, transitions, motivation, and listening

John S. Davies is a long-time member of the Screen Actors Guild and Actors Equity Association.  His acting work includes theater, film, movies for television and television series including a recent five-episode run on 'Prison Break'.  He has taught acting all over the metroplex, but mostly at KD Studio, for more than 20 years.  For more information, including acting and teaching resumes and a demo reel, visit www.johnsdavies.com.
