Cast, Creative Team Set for Amphibian Stage's CROSSING THE LINE

By:

Amphibian Stage Productions has announced the cast and creative team for its third main stage play of the 2016 season, Crossing the Line by Kieran Lynn. Starring Justin Lemieux, Matthew Minor, and Kelsey Milbourn, the play will run Thursday, July 14 through Sunday, August 7 at the Berlene T. and Jarrell R. Milburn Theatre at Amphibian Stage Productions.

Melissa Crespo will direct, making her Amphibian debut. Additionally, Crossing the Line will feature set design by Seancolin Hankins, sound design by David Lanza, and costume design by Lux Haac.

When a relaxing afternoon walk turns into a wacky international crisis, lovebirds Arthur and Olivia have no choice but to play by the absurd rules. The two must closely rely on each other to escape the consequences of a ridiculous new policy, but a comically by-the-book government official may push them to the brink of breaking up. Crossing the Line is a hilarious play about the physical and emotional lines we draw and how they divide and define us.

Crossing the Line opens Thursday, July 14 and will play through Sunday, August 7 at Amphibian Stage Productions? Milburn Theatre. Performances Thursday through Saturday will be at 8pm with 2pm Sunday matinees. Thursday, July 14 is a private opening night for Amphibian?s Devonian members and press and is available by invitation only. Limited seating for the final dress rehearsal will be available on Wednesday, July 13. The final dress rehearsal is open to the public and seating will be first come, first served.
