Performing Arts Fort Worth welcomes The National Circus of the People's Republic of China, performing "Cirque Chinois," to Bass Performance Hall tonight, October 10, 2012, at 7:30 p.m., as part of the BNSF Popular Entertainment Series. Tickets start at $27.50 and are on sale now.
The National Circus of the People's Republic of China performers bend, contort, stretch and fling their bodies in seemingly unimaginable ways. Designed to mesmerize and astound audiences of all ages, this one-of-a-kind experience will be filled with juggling, flying trapeze artists, contortions, dazzling choreography and more.The National Circus of the People's Republic of China was founded in 1953, making it one of the longest-running, non-animal circuses in China. Over the years, the company has won several awards for its spectacular feats of fancy.
