Stephen Schwartz, Nicole Parker & More Coming to Old Town Temecula Theater, 9/22

Cabaret at The Merc in association with Temecula Presents have announced a one-night-only Broadway concert by Academy Award-winning composer, Stephen Schwartz. On Monday, September 22nd at 7:30pm, Stephen Schwartz, the songwriter behind such Broadway hits as Wicked, Godspell and Pippin, will take the Old Town Temecula Theater Stage for the first time, joined by an all-star cast of Broadway performers!
Stephen Schwartz has contributed music and/or lyrics to The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Wicked, Godspell, Bernstein's Mass, Pippin, The Magic Show, The Baker's Wife, Working (which he also adapted and directed), Rags and Children of Eden. For films, he collaborated with Alan Menken on the scores for Disney's Pocahontas, The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Enchanted and wrote the songs for DreamWorks animated feature The Prince of Egypt. Awards include three Academy Awards, four Grammy Awards, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. He was recently inducted into the Theatre Hall of Fame.
