Big League Productions' national tour of Meredith Willson's The Music Man comes to the Palace Theater for three performances. The show tells the story of fast-talking traveling salesman Harold Hill, who arrives in River City, Iowa, planning to swindle residents into buying instruments for a boys' band, only to fall for Marian the Librarian, whose belief in him transforms him by the final curtain. The production is directed by Matt Lenz and features all-new choreography by Emmy Award winner and Tony Award nominee Joshua Bergasse. The creative team includes scenic design by Ann Beyersdorfer, lighting design by Tony Award winner Ken Billington, and Broadway costumes designed by Tony Award winner Santo Loquasto.
