Music Theatre of Connecticut MainStage, Fairfield County’s professional award-winning theatre company, presents the next installment of MTC’s Hot Summer Nights series, Leslie Orofino: “Cocktails with Cole: The Life and Music of Legend Cole Porter”. Actress and Singer, Leslie Orofino has been enchanting sold out audiences with her sultry voice from New York City's legendary Algonquin Hotel's Oak Room to Napa Valley's Silverado Country Club for over 30 years. “Cocktails with Cole: The Life and Music of Legend Cole Porter” celebrates Cole Porter in a tribute that’s, " Foxy, frisky fun with shades of Edith Piaf and Josephine Baker. " - Cabaret Scenes Magazine 2017. Some of the songs included are Too Darn Hot, Let's Misbehave, You're The Top, Laziest Gal In Town, It's Alright With Me and many others. Leslie Orofino will be the second performance of the Hot Summer Nights series. The event will run July 29 at 8pm. MTC’s Hot Summer Nights will also feature other one-night performances from a selection of celebrated cabaret performers on August 5 & 19, each night featuring a different cabaret performer.
