Auditions for Elton John and Tim Rice's Aida
Monday and Wednesday, May 16th and 18th at 7 pm in the Windham Middle School Auditorium, Quarry Street, Willimantic

A classic tale explodes with contemporary energy as the rich colors of Elton John's music and Tim Rice's lyrics bring to life this Tony Award winning musical. An epic story of love, loyalty and betrayal, Aida is majestic, regal, passionate, powerful, glorious and extremely entertaining. The exhilarating pop-rock score will fill you with incredible emotions...and the message that "love conquers death" is unforgettable.

Seeking male actors, singers and dancers age 16-50+ AND female actors, singers and dancers age 16-40. Dancers must be able to sing.

Auditions will include vocal, dance, movement and acting. Please prepare a musical number (30 to 40 seconds) for the vocal audition. Bring sheet music. Piano accompaniment will be provided. Dress comfortably for the dance/movement activities.
