The Windham Theatre Guild presents a delightful romantic comedy as the February production. Come and enjoy a fable about two witches, a warlock, an apartment house, the young man upstairs, an eccentric aunt, and a writer obsessed with writing a book on the existence of witches. As the precursor to the TV series "Bewitched", this play became a Golden Globe award winning movie for Best Picture starring James Stewart and Kim Novak.

Victor Funderburk is the Director for Bell, Book and Candle, and the cast includes Jill Luberto, Mike Lessard, Rusty Macha, Howard Epstein and Lori Hodges.

Bell, Book and Candle runs February 4, 5, 11, 12, 17, 18, & 19 at 8pm and Sunday, February 13 at 2pm. Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for students/seniors and $8 for children under 12. All UConn, ECSU, and QVCC students pay the discounted price of $10. Group discounts are also available. For reservations and information, call the Windham Theatre Guild at 423-2245 or buy your tickets on-line at www.windhamtheatreguild.org.

The Windham Theatre Guild is a non-profit organization that has been producing quality community theatre since 1985. Hundreds of community volunteers join us each year as we strive to offer live theatrical and musical productions and education in the performing arts that promote the growth, quality and general welfare of the Arts in Eastern and Central Connecticut. The Windham Theatre Guild currently draws an average attendance of 5,000 people at over sixty performances a year. The organization continues to grow and expand its program each year, offering a variety of opportunities for members of the community to learn about and experience many aspects of the theatre. The WTG depends on the community for all of its participants. All auditions are completely open and the Guild is constantly looking for volunteers to help in all areas of its productions.
