PARENTAL RIGHTS To Be Presented In Little Theatre Of Manchester’s Evenings @ 7 Series
The free script-in-hand reading explores adoption and marital conflict in this LTM comedy
Little Theatre of Manchester will present PARENTAL RIGHTS as part of its Evenings @ 7 series, offering a free, one-night-only script-in-hand reading of the comedy centered on infant adoption and the complexities of long-term relationships.
PARENTAL RIGHTS follows longtime friends Sara and Kevin, a couple who have agreed not to have children. Their decision is complicated by ongoing marital strain and employment instability, as the play examines the emotional and practical tensions surrounding adoption.
The Evenings @ 7 series is a long-running Little Theatre of Manchester program that presents free, script-in-hand readings of plays and musicals, including both established works and new material. The series is designed to support the organization’s mission of developing artists by providing local performers with opportunities to present work before a live audience in a minimally produced setting.
Admission is free, though registration is requested. Donations are accepted.
