Mike Prior Headlines Comedy Night at Playhouse on Park, 3/31
Live from the Playhouse, it's Comedy Night! Playhouse on Park's Comedy Night returns for a side-splitting, "BYOB" night of laughs sponsored by Parkview Wines and Spirits.
Headlining this installment of the series is Mike Prior. With featured performances on Comedy Central and tours with artists such as Weird Al Yankovick and Randy Travis, Prior is a seasoned comedian that turns life's most frustrating moments into hilarious, relatable anecdotes. Audiences might also recognize the comedian from his supporting roles in commercials for New England Aquarium and the Boston Center for the Arts. Joining the fun are Jane Candon and David Hintz. Besides being named Audience Favorite (NY) on NBC's "Last Comic Standing" Candon has appeared on several popular TV shows including, "The View", "24", and "The Show Today". In addition, she recently delivered the commencement speech at Wellesley College and has also staged an acclaimed one-person show Off-Broadway called "Janie Condon: Raw & Unchained!". Emcee'ing for the night, David Hintz is a New Haven based comedian that has waited anxiously to graduate from college in order to pursue his passion for stand-up and he couldn't be happier to be taking our stage.

The laugh riot takes the stage Saturday, March 31st, 2012. Doors open at 7:30pm and the show starts at 8:00pm at West Hartford's award winning professional theatre, Playhouse on Park, 244 Park Road.
