In a special, limited engagement beginning March 22, 2012, Playhouse on Park will welcome Broadway veteran, Jan Neuberger, with her one-woman show, Boomer Girl.

Based on Neuberger's book of the same title, Boomer Girl is a fresh and funny musical about a woman trying to work out the math between the digits of the big 5-0 and prove that you are as young as you feel.  With music by Ben Cohn, and lyrics by Neuberger herself, Boomer Girl has delighted audiences at New York Cabarets, Don't Tell Mama and Mama Rose and at Connecticut's very own Ivoryton Playhouse with its charm and clever wisdom.

Neuberger is a seasoned performer who has most recently appeared in Broadway's Wicked and How the Grinch Stole Christmas. She is also no stranger to Playhouse on Park having starred as Kate in last season's Brighton Beach Memoirs, to rave reviews. Further proving that age is just a number; the Boomer Girl, Jan, is also currently working on an undergraduate degree in Creative Writing at Trinity College as a member of the class of 2013!

The Playhouse on Park production, with musical direction and piano by Colin Britt, takes the stage for only 4 special performances March 22nd - March 25th; with a Talk Back immediately following the final matinee on the 25th
