BEST OF BROADWAY Spring Concert To Be Presented By Avalon Children's Choir in Marysville
The concert at Veterans Memorial Auditorium will feature songs from NEWSIES, ANNIE, and MATILDA.
The Avalon Children's Choir has announced its annual spring concert, Best of Broadway, taking place at Veterans Memorial Auditorium on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 7:00 PM and Sunday, May 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
Under the direction of Susan Bunsold-Wilson, the choir continues its tradition of musical excellence, bringing together young voices from the community in a joyful celebration of song.
This year's performance will showcase a lively and memorable selection of beloved Broadway hits. Audiences can expect songs from iconic productions, including Newsies, Annie, The Sound of Music, and Matilda. Featuring the talented young voices of the Avalon Children's Choir, the concert promises an uplifting celebration of musical theater classics for audiences of all ages.
"As we celebrate our 5th anniversary, we're so excited to share this concert with our community," said Wilson. "The ACC singers have worked incredibly hard, and I could not be more proud of them."
Tickets are affordably priced at $7.00 for adults and $5.00 for children ages 13 and under. Tickets may be purchased online at theavalontheatre.org. Both performances will be held at Veterans' Memorial Auditorium, located at 233 W. Sixth St. in Uptown Marysville.
