The ALHS Drama Club Presents Leonard Bernstein's ON THE TOWN
The ALHS Drama Club presents a joyous whirlwind of a musical in Leonard Bernstein's On the Town!
In the summer of 1944, while World War II rages on in Europe, Three Sailors are given 24 hours of shore leave in the bustling streets of New York City. Ozzie, Chip, and Gabey, intent on making the most of their short stay, set out in search of the sights and sounds of the city, with the hopes that they will find true love and romance. They soon find themselves sucked into a flurry of outrageous antics far beyond their wildest expectations. With an exuberant script and a timeless score, On the Town is sure to leave a smile on your face long after the show is over.
