Cleveland Public Theatre Presents 44 PLAYS FOR 44 PRESIDENTS
Cleveland Public Theatre (CPT) is proud to announce the regional premiere of 44 Plays by 44 Presidents, written by Andy Bayiates, SEan Benjamin, Genevra Gallo-Bayiates, Chloe Johnston and Karen Weinberg (of the Neo-Futurists). The CPT production is co-directed by Dan Kilbane and Caitlin Lewins. 44 Plays by 44 Presidents is onstage October 6 through 29th in CPT's James Levin Theatre.
Originally developed and performed by Chicago's acclaimed Neo-Futurists, 44 Plays by 44 Presidents is a high-energy, poignant and delightfully absurd biographical survey of the lives and presidencies of each of the 44 US Presidents, from Washington to Obama-featuring a singing, dancing all-female cast! The show is comprised of 44 unique vignettes-fast-paced, provocative, moving and often hilarious-featuring hundreds of props, live instrumentation and sung music laced throughout.
Just in time for the 2016 election season, the play now includes a choose-your-own-ending option (provided by the Neo-Futurists), allowing the audience to envision a hypothetical future with one of the two major party candidates.

Ticket & Show Information
44 Plays for 44 Presidents is onstage October 6th-29th. October 6, 7, 8, 13 are previews (no show October 10). Press opening isFriday, October 14. Performances are Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday nights at 7:00pm in CPT's newly-renovated James Levin Theatre, located at 6415 Detroit Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44102.
Tickets are $12 - $35. Students/Seniors receive $3 off on Friday and Saturday nights. Thursdays and Mondays are $12. Friday/Saturdaypreviews are $20. Stageside cabaret seating is available - guarantee your seat for $5 more at checkout.
