VP Business Intelligence - AKA NYC

AKA NYC, a global advertising agency specializing in Broadway and live entertainment, is looking for a Vice President of Business Intelligence to work collaboratively with the executive leadership team to uncover insights and trends that lead to effective recommendations and strategies that will ultimately drive business for the overall agency and its clients. The Vice President of Business Intelligence will oversee Campaign Strategy, Box Office and Ticketing, Data and Analytics and the Research functions and manages the team operating within those verticals.



The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track-record in leading teams to deliver and respond to sales data, digital analytics and research to develop solution-based initiatives, launch and long-term strategic campaign planning, strategic solutions against identified project needs, and direct response and sales strategy.



Responsibilities Include but not limited to:



Oversee departmental delivery of:

- Campaign Planning

- Box Office and Ticketing (including direct sales)

- Show and Tell Research

- Other Duties as Assigned



Qualifications:

- Minimum ten years’ experience in a field related to live entertainment ticketing

- Excellent client service abilities, including flawless presentation skills, from conception of a story or pitch to delivery in board rooms

- Ability to work on tight deadlines, and the aptitude to turn work around within a short time span where demands are liable to change at short notice

- Proven team leadership and management experience, with the ability to inspire teams and enable team members’ career growth

- Demonstrable skills with innovation and creativity



Preferred Qualifications:

- Entertainment Professional with knowledge and/or a love of theatre is a plus
