Beck Center and Cuyahoga County Board of DD present RAZZLE DAZZLR XVII: HAPPY TOGETHER

Beck Center for the Arts Creative Arts Therapies Department and the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities (CCBDD) are pleased to present Razzle Dazzle XVII: Happy Together May 5 - 6, 2017. Show times are 7:30 p.m. on Friday, May 5, and 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 6. Performances will be held in Beck Center's Music and Dance Building.

Performers are volunteers with the CCBDD and members the Rocky River Adult Activities Center's talented inclusive musical theater program. Join us and we will have you Dancin' on the Ceiling and Feelin' Groovy. These performers will have you believing that Happy Days Are Here Again!

Tickets for the opening night performance are $15 with proceeds benefitting Beck Center's Creative Arts Therapies program. The Rocky River and Maple Heights Adult Activities Centers' Choirs will open the evening with an inspiring musical performance along with a special screening of the Razzle Dazzle documentary that recently debuted at the Cleveland International Film Festival. A post-show reception with a meet-and-greet by cast and crew members is included in this general seating event. Tickets are on sale now at 216.521.2540 x10 or beckcenter.org.

Two encore performances will be held Saturday. The show will open with a performance by Sharon's Sign Choir and both shows will include a special screening of the Razzle Dazzle documentary. These shows are free and open to the public. Donations will be accepted.

"Razzle Dazzle is always a much anticipated event each year at the Beck Center," said Ed Gallagher, Director of Education. "This is a wonderful collaboration. Cast members of all abilities come together to create an engaging and entertaining show. We are proud of everyone involved and truly value our partnership with the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities."

Beck Center for the Arts is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization that offers professional Theater Productions on two stages, arts education programming in dance, music, theater, visual arts, early childhood, and creative arts therapies for individuals with special needs, free gallery exhibits year-round, and outreach education programming.
