Zhu leaves from the age of six began studying piano, and held its first public performance at the age of 9 in Beijing. The age of 11 she followed the family immigrated to Los Angeles.
15-year-old entered the US Curtis Institute of Music to learn,
• under the tutelage of Gary Graffman, and won the prestigious award Ivanov Nani Lage
In 1994 she won the first session of the first China International Piano Competition.
1998 winner Philadelphia Aspen vertical Seoul National audition arts awards.
In 1988 and 1989, Young Musicians Union keyboard grand prize.
In 1988 and 1991 gold medalist Johanna • Hodge Piano Concerto Competition, and received the 1991 tournament Concert Series Award.
As an active chamber musician, she frequently appeared as soloist Amelia Island Music Festival, Music Festival and the Great Lakes Marlboro Music Festival. Zhu Ye participated in Orleans, France Sullivan Festival in 1994, the first time on the European stage, after touring Germany, Italy and the Netherlands. In 2000 she participated in the Tanglewood Music Festival.
In 2001 she worked as a teacher. Zhu Ye thereafter at Yale University School of Music under the tutelage of Claude Frank and • a Master of Music. Zhu Ye pianist, soloist and chamber musician identity in North America, Europe and China show. In the United States she has with the Pacific Symphony Orchestra, the Philadelphia Orchestra Concerto Soloists Chamber Orchestra, the Aspen Chamber Orchestra vertical Seoul, Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra, the Colorado National Theatre Philharmonic Orchestra. She also Steinway Hall in New York on stage, and in this concert season with Fall Aspen vertical first violinist Chris Na • Castries (Christina Castelli) and Aspen vertical Seoul cellist Ko Lan Sin • Newman on the same stage at Carnegie hall Weill recital hall. And • Andrew Wolf Chamber Music Award winner of the 2003 US • Avery Fisher career award.
2005 Zhu Ye and well-known violinist Hilary • Korean cooperation, expand the United States, Europe and Japan tour, including a brilliant success achieved recital at Carnegie Hall. Both artists will work for the German record company Deutsche Grammophon issued a Mozart violin / piano sonatas. Zhu Ye served since 2009 gold Ashton Music Festival Artistic Director (Artistic Directort of The Kingston Chamber Music Festival).
