This family friendly 1-hour concert is the perfect way to introduce kids to classical music and opera!Featuring nationally renowned sopranos Desire Hassler and Colleen Bruton, the JAM Orchestra led by artistic director & conductor Aaron Kaplan, and the imaginative direction of Jenilee Houghton, this concert will dazzle both the eyes and the ears and is a perfect blend of entertainment and education for a child's first concert experience! Dr. Seuss at the Opera! is the first installment of the JAM Orchestra's "Classics for Kids" series and will feature Robert Kapilow's operatic adaptations for 2 of Dr. Seuss' most beloved titles: Gertrude McFuzz and Green Eggs and Ham.
