SWEENEY TODD, SONDHEIM ON SONDHEIM & More Set for Porchlight's 20th Anniversary Season

Michael Weber, managing artistic director of Porchlight Music Theatre, is proud to announce Porchlight Music Theatre's 20th Anniversary Season. The 2014 - 2015 season includes:

MAINSTAGE PRODUCTIONS:
Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, October 3 - November 9
Starring David Girolmo as "Sweeney Todd" and Rebecca Finnegan as "Mrs. Lovett"
Sondheim on Sondheim, February 6 - March 15, 2015, the first Chicago production and
A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, April 17 - May 24, 2015.

PORCHLIGHT REVISITS...: ("Lost" musicals in concert)
Bells Are Ringing, Wednesday, Oct. 29 at 8 p.m.
City of Angels, Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at 8 p.m.
Mack and Mabel, Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 8 p.m.

SPECIAL EVENT CONCERTS:
Chicago Sings Disney, Monday, Aug. 25 at 8 p.m.
Evening Primrose in Concert, TBA

DAll Porchlight Mainstage and Porchlight Revisits... productions take place at Stage 773, 1225 W. Belmont Ave. Chicago Sings Disney takes place at Mayne Stage, 1328 W. Morse Ave. Evening Primrose's date and location is TBA. "We also continue to excel in offering memorable theatrical experiences with the return of our sold-out Porchlight Revisits... "lost" musicals in concert series and special events such as Chicago Sings where this year's audiences will experience the best of Chicago music theatre talents gathered to perform the music of the legendary Walt Disney Studios songbook in concert. More special events are in the works and will be announced throughout the season.
