It's bloody perfect for Halloween! AstonRep Theatre Company launches its 2014-15 season with Martin McDonagh''s grisly dark comedy THE LIEUTENANT OF INISHMORE, directed by Company Member Derek Bertelsen, playing tonight, October 23 - November 23, 2014 at The Raven Theatre (West Stage), 6157 N. THE LIEUTENANT OF INISHMORE will feature AstonRep Company Members Tim Larson and Robert Tobin with Matthew Harris, Scott Olson, Chadwick Sutton, Nora Lise Ulrey (2014 Jeff Award, The Children''s Hour), John Wehrman and Scott Wolf.

It''s 1993 and the Northern Ireland peace process is struggling to come together. Padraic, a member of the Irish National Liberation Army, chooses to leave Belfast and return to Inishmore upon news that his beloved cat is ill. When he arrives, he learns the feline has suffered a much more tragic and immediate fate. Padriac, a man whose mental instability is legendary, is now hell-bent on revenge - and things are about to get bloody - very, very bloody.
