Photo Flash: MOTHERS AND SONS Celebrates Opening Night at Northlight Theatre
Northlight Theatre continues its 41st season with the Tony nominated MOTHERS AND SONS, written by Terrence McNally and directed by Steve Scott. The production plays now through February 28, 2016 and just celebrated its opening night in Skokie. BroadwayWorld has photos from the festivities below!
The cast includes Cindy Gold (Katharine Gerard), Ben Miller (Bud Ogden-Porter), Jeff Parker (Cal Porter) and Ben Sprunger (Wil Ogden).
Nearly 20 years after her son's death, Katharine pays an unexpected visit to the New York apartment of his former partner, who is now married to another man and has a young child. Confronted with the life her son might have led, Katharine is challenged to face the powerful ways in which society has changed around her and to accept an ever-evolving definition of family.
