Octavarius: A Titanic of a Heartbreak Opens at Comedysportz 2/13
Octavarius, a Chicago comedy group, hosts a special Valentine's Day show titled "Octavarius: A Titanic of a Heartbreak," Sunday, February 13 at 7pm at The ComedySportz Theatre Chicago, 929 W. Belmont Ave. In preparation for the performance, Octavarius.com is launching a dating community on February 1 to help connect singles at the After Party mixer.
Love themed sketches are interspersed among the critically acclaimed show Octavarius: So Nefarious, a unique performance made-up on the spot based on audience suggestion. Classic short form improv games emerge organically from the Chicago style comedy show. The show will also feature a live auction for a romantic dinner cruise with a single member of Octavarius.
Octavarius is playing matchmaker, launching a dating community on its site Octavarius.com to bring singles together. February 1 through February 13 (by 3pm), eligible bachelors and bachelorettes are encouraged to submit a photo and answers to online questions to info@octavarius.com. All valid entries will be posted to the site. An After Party mixer will follow the performance giving singles a chance to meet and mingle! The party will feature fun icebreaker games like Spin the Bottle.
Love is in the air! Both singles who submit their profile to the Octavarius.com dating community and couples who kiss at the door will receive tickets at a discounted rate of $7, from the standard $10.

Octavarius, a Chicago comedy group, began its mission in March 2009 to find fun everywhere its tentacles can reach. They continue to share that fun with the world through live comedy shows, blog posts, videos, live weekly podcasts and music.
