Hyatt Regency O'Hare, 9300 Bryn Mawr Avenue, is celebrating Easter with a sumptuous Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 4, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at O'H American Grill, the hotel's elegant restaurant. A vast menu will include dining options ranging from gourmet breakfast selections to an international buffet and carving station. Children will also be able to meet the Easter Bunny. Guests will enjoy delicious breakfast favorites including Made-to-Order Omelets, piping hot Belgian waffles with warm Maple Syrup, Eggs Benedict and delectable pastries. A Cold Buffet offers an array of fresh Salads, Handcrafted Cheeses, and a Seafood Station with chilled Peel-and-Eat Shrimp, Oysters, Smoked Salmon and Whitefish. A Carving Station with Whole Roasted Salmon, savory Honey Baked Virginia Ham, Leg of Lamb, Chicken with Mushroom Sauce and Peppercorn Crusted Kansas Strip Loin also serves hearty Mashed Potatoes, Cranberry and Almond Pilaf, Cornbread-topped Macaroni and Cheese, Southern-style Greens, Pecan Biscuits and more.

For those with a taste for international cuisine, the Asian and Italian stations offer a tasty selection of classic and exotic favorites. Asian delights include a variety of California Rolls paired with Nigiri Salmon, Shrimp, Tuna and Sesame SeaweEd Salad. Delicious Italian selections such as an Antipasto, Grilled Vegetables, and Arborio Rice with Asparagus, Crimini Mushrooms and Saffron will be served as well. A station for children will include Chicken Fingers with Honey Mustard and Sweet Barbeque Sauce and mini Bagel Dogs.

For dessert, guests will indulge in a sumptuous selection of cakes, cheesecakes, Banana and Butterscotch puddings, and Maple Crème Brulee. Dark and orange white chocolate fondue will be served with cubed fruit, pound cake, strawberries and marshmallows.
