In June, Goodman Theatre presents four free staged readings developed as part of the Playwrights Unit, the Goodman's season-long residency program for playwrights who meet once a month to discuss their plays in progress.

The readings include The Solid Sand Below by Martín Zimmerman (June 15), Work of Art by Elaine Romero (June 16), Stutter by Philip Dawkins (June 16) and For Her as a Piano byNambi  E.
