Drury Lane Theatre Unveils Getaway Package for CAMELOT & WEST SIDE STORY
To brighten up the winter months in Chicago, Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane, launches an exclusive Dinner/Theatre Getaway Package, available now through Mar. 22, 2015. Starting at $165, guests receive two tickets to the smash hit Tony Award-winning musical CAMELOT (through Jan. 4) or the iconic Broadway phenomenon WEST SIDE STORY (Jan. 15 through Mar. 22), a decadent dinner for two with gourmet seasonal selections in Drury Lane's elegant dining room, and luxurious overnight accommodations and breakfast for two at either Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Suites and Hilton Garden Inn Chicago/Oak Brook. The Dinner/Theatre Getaway Package is based on availability Thursday through Sunday evenings only, does not include tax and gratuity and must be purchased a minimum of seven days in advance.
Drury Lane's critically acclaimed musical CAMELOT received ? ? ? ? from the Chicago Tribune and is Highly Recommended by the Chicago Sun-Times. Featuring an all-star cast, the production is a bold new take on the thrilling Medieval story of love, intrigue, chivalry and betrayal. WEST SIDE STORY is the electrifying tale of two star-crossed lovers with Bernstein and Sondheim score that forever changed the American musical. For the pre-show dinner, guests may choose from an array of artfully prepared seasonal favorites. Following the theater performance, guests simply walk to either the neighboring Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Suites or Hilton Garden Inn Chicago/Oak Brook to retire for the evening in one of the hotels' plush guestrooms and enjoy breakfast for two in the morning. The Dinner/Theatre Getaway Package is the perfect opportunity to experience one of Chicago's cultural gems, which is currently celebrating its 30th anniversary and recently unveiled a stunning renovation. Drury Lane Theatre is a quick 25 minute trip from downtown Chicago, adjacent to luxury shopping mecca Oak Brook Mall, and conveniently located near O'Hare airport.
Dinner begins at 6 p.m. on Thursday or 4 p.m. on Sunday followed by the theater performance at 8 p.m. on Thursday or 6 p.m. on Sunday, now through Mar. 22.
