Big Noise Theatre to Present THE LAST FIVE YEARS This Fall

Big Noise Theatre, a division of Winnetka Theatre, announces the Fall show of their 2017-18 season, The Last Five Years.

The show is an emotionally powerful and intimate musical with a twist. Cathy and Jamie, two twenty-something New Yorkers, each present their own interpretation of their five-year love affair, with Cathy's story starting when they part and Jamie's starting when they first meet. The Last Five Years is a contemporary musical that is alternately joyous, funny, romantic and soul-stirring.

Our cast includes Jeff Wright (Chicago) as "Jamie", and Meghan Shanahan (Chicago) as "Cathy." David Moreland (Chicago) and Claire Kennedy (Barrington) will understudy and perform on Friday, September 29.

The show is directed by Catherine Davis (Northbrook), music directed by Christie Chiles Twillie (Chicago), and produced by Peter Rasey (Chicago) and Debbie Szczesniak (Des Plaines).

The Last Five Years will perform at Prairie Lakes Theater in Des Plaines from Sept 22 - Oct 8, 2017. The performances take place on the following dates and times: Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. / Sundays at 2 p.m. Prairie Lakes Theater is at 515 E Thacker/Dempster, Des Plaines, IL 60016.
