Wesley Hemmann Awarded 1st Ann Brougher Noll Memorial Scholarship

On Sunday, August 5th, Nancy Newton, vice chair of DreamWrights Board, presented the 1st Ann Brougher Noll $500 Memorial Scholarship to Wesley Hemmann.
Members of Ann Noll’s family were in attendance to honor her memory and celebrate Wes’ award.
