DCINY is thrilled to announce Sanctus x3. Acclaimed Argentine composer and conductor, Martin Palmeri, renowned for his innovative fusion of tango and classical music, will conduct his popular work "Misatango", a modern twist on the traditional Latin Mass. Combining classical choral elements with the vibrant rhythms of tango, the music uses the style of the nuevo tango. Esteemed Canadian-American conductor, Jean-Sébastien Vallée will conduct "Requiem", Gabriel Fauré’s serene and intimate choral-orchestral work. Rooted in French Romanticism, the work blends Gregorian chant influences with Fauré’s refined harmonic language. The concert will also host The Community Concert Choir of Baltimore, Inc. conducted by Marco K. Merrick, performing Traditional Spirituals and Warwick Valley High School Chamber & Symphony Orchestra, conducted by E'lissa Jones Maynard. The concert offers listeners a rich auditor experience that reflects both reverence and passion.
Carnegie Hall is at 250 W. 57th Street, Floor 19, New York, NY 10107, New York, NY.
