Fort Caspar Museum is a "Blue Star Museum" again this summer. Through Labor Day, the museum is offering free admission to the nation's active duty military personnel-including the National Guard and National Army Reserve-and up to five members of their immediate family.

The Blue Star Museums program is a partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families, the Department of Defense, and more than 2,000 museums across America to offer free admission to all active duty military personnel and their families during the summer. Leadership support has been provided by MetLife Foundation through Blue Star Families. The program provides families an opportunity to enjoy the nation's cultural heritage while traveling and learn more about their new communities after a military move. To find a complete list of participating museums and to learn more about Blue Star Museums and Blue Star Families, visit https://www.arts.gov/national/blue-star-museums.

Fort Caspar Museum's summer hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily. Regular admission prices are $4 for adults; $3 for youth (ages 13-18 years); $3 for seniors (62+ years); and FREE for children (12 years and younger), FCMA members, and, during the summer, active military and their families.

For more information, call the Museum at 307-235-8462, or visit our website at http://www.fortcasparwyoming.com. Fort Caspar Museum is located at 4001 Fort Caspar Road.
