South Bay Family YMCA Summer Camp

South Bay Family YMCA has served the Chula Vista and Eastlake communities since it was chartered in 1960 and is part of the YMCA of San Diego County. Its summer day camp program runs in weekly sessions from early June through mid-July, with themed and specialty camps grouped by age from about 5 through 14 plus counselor-in-training tracks for ages 16-17. Offerings in 2026 included traditional Club camps, art and clay camps, anime art, dance, cheer and character-themed weeks. Pricing varies by camp and membership tier, YMCA members receive up to 25% off registration, and scholarships are available on a sliding fee scale. The branch includes an outdoor pool and splash pad, spa, fitness center, group exercise studios and Child Watch, and also offers swim lessons, swim team, youth sports and teen programming.
