Theatre summer camp in Seattle, WA
School of Rock Seattle is a performance-based music school in the Greenwood neighborhood, located behind Bartell Drugs just east of Fred Meyer with parking on Morrow Lane. Programs pair a weekly private lesson with a weekly group band rehearsal and include Rookies for ages 6-7, Rock 101 for ages 8-13, the Performance Program for ages 8-18, an Adult Program for ages 18 and up, House Band for students under 18, and School of Rock Remote online lessons for ages 8 and older. Instruction covers guitar, bass, drums, keyboard/piano and vocals at beginner through advanced levels, taught by active Seattle musicians. Students rehearse toward seasonal live shows at Washington venues, and the school also runs camps.
The festival has unveiled its 2025 music lineup, headlined by Weezer, Bright Eyes, Car Seat Headrest, Janelle Monáe, and Sylvan Esso, promising two unforgettable days in the heart of the city.
