Indiana University's Midsummer Theatre Camp is a dynamic two-week immersive theatre and drama institute designed especially for young people serious about studying theatre. Classes are taught by IU faculty, outstanding teaching assistants, and professional guest artists. Together, students and theatre professionals share the common endeavor of building an intensive ensemble.

Over the years, the Midsummer Theatre Camp has enjoyed tremendous success. We accept a limited number of dedicated students from around the country for challenging and rewarding theatrical training in acting or musical theatre. Our students develop their talents while gaining exposure to one of the richest cultural landscapes in the country. Students who have completed their freshman year of high school are eligible for the camp.
