Compass Rose Theater Summer Camp

Compass Rose Theater is a non-profit professional teaching theater company in Annapolis, Maryland, founded in 2011, that produces professional shows and runs year-round education programs. Its theater summer camps are weekly daytime camps, each week built around a different theme for different age groups. The company also offers fall classes and in-school residencies, and its education programs span musical theater to improv for all ages. Productions are staged at Maryland Hall and at the Annapolis Mall, and the company has received Helen Hayes recognition for its work. Summer camp registration was still open as of the 2026 season with limited spaces remaining. The theater is supported by the Maryland State Arts Council, the Arts Council of Anne Arundel County, and other funders.
