Camp Touchstone

Camp Touchstone is a two-week theatre day camp run by Touchstone Theatre in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for children ages 8 to 12. Campers work with professional theatre-makers on the Touchstone stage, and the program emphasizes play, imagination and creative self-expression rather than polished technique alone. A typical day opens with warm-ups and theatre games focused on concentration, communication and trust, followed by large-group work on performance fundamentals such as improvisation, character creation, dialogue and design, then small-group sessions where campers build the scenes that become the final show. Afternoons add crafts and closing games, with a lunch and chill-out break between. The 2026 session runs July 13-24, weekdays 9am to 2pm, tuition $475, and closes with a performance for family and friends. Limited need-based financial aid is available.

Mondays-Fridays, 9am-2pm, with a performance for family and friends on Friday, July 24 at 7pm. Snack provided; campers bring lunch. Limited financial aid available. A separate Teen Ensemble camp serves ages 13-18.
