Clayton the Dork at Dixon Place

Clayton James is fourteen, a high school freshman who spent middle school in Covid lockdown. Divorced parents, few friends, digs dragons, a real dork. Then one day, out of nowhere, Clayton becomes a hero. As he navigates a maze of pandemic isolation, political division, and the ever-present threat of gun violence, Clayton searches for his own identity and his place in the world. This is a solo play with a cast the size of the audience, where a middle-aged man plays a teenager. Seriously, just go with it.
