Urban Stages and Stephen Hanks' Cabaret Life Productions has announced that the 2016 Urban Stages Winter Rhythms Festival (December 1-11 at 259 West 30th Street, NYC) will present highlights from seven of the 16 shows that have been presented at Hanks' highly praised monthly series at the Metropolitan Room--NEW YORK CABARET'S GREATEST HITS (Associate Producer, Fr. Jeffrey Hamblin, MD)--and two shows that will be featured in the series in 2017.

On Saturday, December 3 at 7 pm, an All-Star cast will perform songs from their Award-winning shows of the past, including: Mark Nadler, Julie Reyburn, Meg Flather, Karen Oberlin, Jim Brochu and Steve Schalchlin, Maureen Taylor, Susan Winter, Jenna Esposito, and Adam B. Shapiro. (Other NYCGH series stars unable to appear are: Maxine Linehan, Jeff Macauley, Laurie Krauz and Daryl Kojak, Rosemary Loar, Barbara Porteus, Jeff Harnar, Janice Hall, Deb A Berman, and Ellen Kaye).

Winter Rhythms is a Bistro Award winning series produced by Artistic Director Frances Hill and Producer Peter Napolitano. This year's festival will present 23 different productions in 11 days from Dec 1-11. Tickets are $30 and are on sale at here.
