Central Park's iconic eatery, Tavern on the Green is partnering with cast members from some of your favorite shows for "Broadway on the Green," an outdoor theatre series that brings top-billed performances to the Tavern's Courtyard overlooking Central Park. The initiative, in partnership with Speer Arts, is currently in full swing for the month of June.

Tavern on the Green is a modern eatery nestled in a bucolic Central Park setting. It is an iconic, landmark restaurant unlike any other. Originally designed by Calvert Vaux and built in 1870 to house the sheep that grazed in Central Park's Sheep Meadow, Tavern on the Green has proudly served locals, presidents, royalty, artists, actors, and first-time visitors since 1934.
