Dressed as HUNGER GAMES emcee Caesar Flickerman, LATE SHOW host Stephen Colbert briefly took the stage at the Republican Party's national convention to mock the GOP. After making a brief statement, THE TALK show host was quickly forced off the podium by security. Watch the clip below!
