VIDEO: Sneak Peek - Katharine McPhee, Jeremy Jordan Perform 'Rewrite This Story' on Next SMASH

Next week's episode of SMASH titled 'Musical Chairs,' will feature an all-new song for the fictional show 'Hit List' titled "Rewrite This Story." The duet between Katharine McPhee's Karen and Jeremy Jordan's Jimmy was written by Pasek & Paul, the duo who wrote the Season 2 premiere song "Caught In The Storm." Check it out below!

In the episode, new circumstances give rise to conflicts as Karen (Katharine McPhee), Tom (Christian Borle), Julia (Debra Messing) and Derek (Jack Davenport) adjust to their new surroundings. Also, tensions at "Liaisons" are also coming to a boil, ensuring that the show will find its place in Broadway history.

Meanwhile, Eileen (Anjelica Huston) may have found the key to saving "Bombshell" with the help of her daughter, Katie (guest star Grace Gummer). Megan Hilty, Jeremy Jordan and Andy Mientus also star. Sean Hayes, Jesse L. Martin, Daniel Sunjata and Grace Gummer guest star. The episode airs Tuesday, March 19th at 10:00 pm/ET on NBC.

But, they are all about to learn even a charmed show cannot avoid paying for sins of the past.
