On last night's The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on NBC, Bill O'Reilly expained to Jay why Obamacare can't be fixed, analyzed the GOP and Tea Party candidates for the 2014 Presidential election and discussed the Miami Dolphins locker room situation and bullying as a whole.
