UTA to Represent Barbra Streisand & Her Barwood Films

Deadline reports that Academy Award winning actress Barbra Streisand has signed with UTA to represent her as an actress, director and producer. In addition, UTA will take on her film and television Production Company Barwood Films. Marty Erlichman will continue to serve as Streisand's longtime manager .

The star of stage and screen has received 2 Oscars, 5 Emmys, 10 Grammys and 12 Golden Globes. She has helmed three films which together earned 14 Academy Award nominations. She is one of the rare entertainers to receive an Oscar, Tony, Emmy and Grammy Award, as well as Directors Guild of America, Golden Globe, National Medal of Arts and Peabody Award. She was recently honored by the Kennedy Center for her work as a director.

Streisand has appeared on Broadway in I CAN GET IT FOR YOU WHOLESALE and FUNNY GIRL. She has also received a special Tony Award. Her film work includes FUNNY GIRL, FUNNY LADY, YENTL, and NUTS and has recently appeared on the big screen opposite Seth Rogan in The Guilt Trip.
