The Paley Center for Media will present two PaleyLive LA premiere events: Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency Premiere Screening & Conversation on Tuesday, October 18 and Salem: Season Three Premiere Screening & Conversation on Tuesday, November 1. Both events are open to the public and feature the series' cast and creatives for intimate panel discussions and audience Q&As following their premiere screenings.

Adapted from the wildly popular novels by Douglas Adams ("The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy'), Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency is the imaginative new eight-part original series from BBC America. It's a trippy mystery that thrusts a reluctant sidekick into the bizarre world of an unconventional detective who believes in the interconnectedness of all things. When washed-up rocker Todd Brotzman (Elijah Wood) stumbles upon the murder scene of a millionaire, all hell breaks loose. Eccentric detective, Dirk Gently (Samuel Barnett), wholly believes they're destined to untangle the peculiar events surrounding the mystery together, whether Todd likes it or not. A collection of wild and dangerous characters' further infiltrate and complicate their world, each episode landing them a few random steps closer to uncovering the truth.

Salem, the supernatural thriller inspired by the real-life events during the SALEM witch trials has inspired an intense fan following over the course of its two seasons. The series' highly-anticipated third season dawns with the triumph of the witches' plan to remake the New World by bringing the devil to earth and making SALEM his capital. The plan however encounters a serious hitch when the witches discover the devil is bent on destroying all humanity. And there's only one person on earth who can beat the devil - the very witch that birthed him, his mother, Mary Sibley (Janet Montgomery).

Tickets for both events are currently on sale to Paley Supporting, Patron and Individual Members. Tickets go on sale to the General Public on Saturday, October 8 at 9:00am PT. Participants are subject to change. For more information and panel updates, please visitpaleycenter.org

The full panel event and clips from the programs will be available to stream exclusively on Hulu at a later date.
