According to The Hollywood Reporter, Olivia Wilde and Mark Duplass have signed on to lead Lionsgate's upcoming horror film REAWAKENING.

The film, directed by David Gelb, follows "a research team that discovers a way to bring the dead to life. When the lead doctor's daughter dies, she is given the serum, which leads to horrifying results." Luke Dawson and Jeremy Slater wrote the script.

Wilde recently starred as Jeff Bridges' trusted friend and protector Quorra in the 3D futuristic blockbuster, TRON: LEGACY. This year she will be seen in a wide array of projects including the Universal fantasy-action film COWBOYS & ALIENS starring alongside Daniel Craig and Harrison Ford; the physical comedy THE CHANGE UP, to be released in August, starring opposite Ryan Reynolds and Jason Bateman; Andrew Niccol's futuristic thriller IN TIME; and The Weinstein Company's quirky political satire BUTTER also starring Jennifer Garner, Hugh Jackman and Ty Burrell.

Duplass currently stars on Fox's THE MINDY PROJECT, and most recently appeared in the Oscar-nominated film ZERO DARK THIRTY. He's also set to star in and co-produce PEACHFUZZ, with his brother Jay, for Blumhouse Productions, as well as the film adaptation of Steven King's short story GRAMMA, which has been retitled MERCY for the big screen.
